How to make a reservation?*

Please read the following carefully and follow the steps for reservation:

Note: Turkey Point Cottages can no longer afford to rent the cottages to group of people under 25. Even booked, you will not be admitted to the cottage as ID will be checked.

Contact Yong first by email at turkeypointcottages@gmail.com or call (the phone numbers listed below) to see the availability.

Make a reservation by sending a cheque of $200 for family renting or $500 for a group renting(reservation/damage deposit) payable to Yong Fu  at our address:

Once your cheque is received, your reservation is confirmed.

Deposite Refund Policy: 
1.Deposit is fully refunded* if your cancelation is made a month before your arrival date.  
2. Your cancelation made within a month before your arriving date, if we still can rent the cottage out, you will get the full refund*. 
3. No refund for no-show-ups, and cottage only can be kept for one night. That is, your weekly reservation is void after no-show-up.
4. Deposite is fully refunded if there is no damage/missing items/broken rules after your stay.
* $20 adminitration fee deducted
